إتخذت القوى الأمنية إجراءات على طريق القصر الجمهوري قبيل انطلاق الاستشارات النيابية عند الساعة العاشرة من صباح اليوم في قصر بعبدا، حيث إن جميع الطرق سالكة أمام السيارات باستثناء تلك المؤدية إلى القصر.
